Virtual lessons and coaching sessions are held on Zoom. You’ll receive a link after booking, and we’ll go through warm-up, instruction, and feedback during your session.
A safe pole setup, space to move, comfortable pole wear, a water bottle, and a device with a camera so I can see your movement.
